Monday, February 7

1. Lit circles reading
2. Role for Thursday discussion
3. Final copy of persuasive essay with separate works cited page and conclusion due Wednesday.
4. Remember that in your conclusion, you need to 1) restate your thesis, 2) Tell the reader what he or she can do to support your cause (be specific) and 3) Leave the reader thinking about the topic in a new perspective.
5. Unit 10 vocabulary-"fill in" page and synonyms and antonyms due tomorrow

Tuesday, February 8

1. Lit. circles reading for tomorrow/ Role sheet due Thursday for discussion
2. Final copy of persuasive essay with separate "works cited" page due tomorrow
3. Make sure papers are in correct order: final copy on top, works cited page underneath, rough draft and outline on the bottom.
4. Unit 10 vocabulary pages 122-123 due tomorrow
5. Character "Farcebook" poster due next Monday

Wednesday, February 9
